In this panel, you can request a Secret Key for API integration, view transactions, make refunds, and contact support.

If you don't have admin panel credentials, you can contact us at it@fingenom.com. A username and a temporary password will be generated for you.

When you first log in to the panel, you will be asked to change your temporary password. Once you changed your password, you can use panel.

Secret Key​

On the user page, you can request a Secret Key to use the API. (The Secret Key can be seen only once when it is generated, if you lose the Secret Key, you must generate a new one.)

To request secret key:

  1. Go to the users page
  2. Select the merchant for whom you want to generate a secret key and click on the button "Request Key". (The secret key can only be generated for URL level merchants)
  3. The key will be generated for this merchant

In the transactions section, you can view all transactions with their details. Also, in this section, you can make a refund.
